• offscreen： Enables background processing of video subtitles, barrage (danmaku), and extension configurations. This permission allows the extension to handle complex tasks like subtitle translation and barrage processing without affecting the main browser performance.
• declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess： Manages network requests for translations, subtitles, and barrage (danmaku) content.
• webRequest： Allows the extension to intercept and process network requests related to subtitles and barrage (danmaku). This is crucial for real-time subtitle updates, barrage synchronization, and efficient content delivery.
