Which browsers are supported?

Can it support full-screen playback?

Due to document picture-in-picture window size limitations, full-screen playback is not supported. Reference: Document Picture-in-Picture maximum size

Can the top title bar be removed?

No, reference: Origin Visibility

Video may appear blurry when first started

When video is in an iframe, it dynamically adjusts bitrate, resolution, and frame rate based on network conditions. At initial connection: typically starts with lower bitrate for quick connection and network adaptation. As network conditions stabilize, image quality gradually improves. If poor quality persists, try exiting and re-entering picture-in-picture mode.

Some videos show subtitles but can't translate/translation is too slow

Different subtitle types affect translation effectiveness and speed:

Is there a device limit for the Premium version?

Yes, each account can use up to 4 devices simultaneously. When exceeded, the earliest logged-in device will be logged out (Note: devices refer to browsers).

Can I try the Premium version for free?

Yes, you can try it for free. After first registration, you get a 1-day free trial.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of first purchase. When applying, please provide the reason for your refund request.
