Gestify v1.1 Release Notes

Gestify v1.1 adds one-handed mode, 3×2 grid layout, and control bar integration, with free swipe seek up to 10 seconds.

• One-handed mode: switch between left-hand and right-hand gesture presets with one tap — lock button follows your dominant hand
• 3×2 grid: side zones split into top and bottom halves — top for forward, bottom for backward — easier thumb operation
• Control bar integration: Gestify button merges into the native player control bar during fullscreen for a seamless look
• Floating button now supports drag to reposition, with position saved per site
• Floating button auto-detects overlap with native player buttons and repositions to avoid obstruction
• Per-site toggle for blocking native web gestures — no longer a global-only switch
• Haptic feedback: vibration on gesture actions for tactile confirmation, toggleable in settings
• Setup guide now lets you choose your dominant hand and grid layout — settings apply immediately

• Single tap in fullscreen is no longer intercepted — native player controls show normally. To restore the old blocking behavior (preventing the site from responding to touch events), enable "Block Web Gestures" for that site
• Mobile swipe seek is no longer fully locked — free users can seek up to 10 seconds per swipe. Upgrade to PRO for unlimited range
• Zone mapping settings are now integrated into one-handed mode — choose "Custom" for per-zone configuration

• Fixed tapping the screen not showing the player control bar in fullscreen on certain sites
• Fixed membership status not updating in the extension after purchasing or canceling PRO from the website without refreshing the page
• Fixed gestures not working in fullscreen on Firefox Android
