Is there a device limit for CaptionGo PRO?
Each CaptionGo PRO account can be used on up to 4 devices (browsers) simultaneously. When exceeded, the earliest logged-in device will be signed out.
Each CaptionGo PRO account can be used on up to 4 devices simultaneously. A "device" here refers to a browser instance — for example, Chrome on your laptop and Edge on your phone count as two devices.
When you exceed the 4-device limit, the earliest logged-in device will be automatically signed out. You can manage your active devices from your account settings.
